Senior Sales & Partnership Executive – Europe

What is the job

Gib.ai is looking for a seasoned senior Sales professional to join its Europe management team. As a Senior Advertising Sales & Partnership Lead your key responsibility would be to leverage your industry expertise and vast network to build and manage new partnerships with mobile advertisers (apps & brands) in the Southern Europe region and maximize their business and growth on Gib.ai Mobile Carriers & OEM platform. If you are looking to disrupt and impact change then we are looking for you!

The Gib.ai platform helps the worlds leading Mobile operators and OEMs to manage content, apps and services offering to their customers across various digital interfaces and touchpoints on the device in a personalized way. The solution is currently active on more than 250M mobile devices globally and is launched on over 700K new mobile devices daily.

Responsibilities

Position Gib.ai as a leading player in the mobile advertising industry in Southern Europe through leadership, education and your industry expertise, networks and relationships with key members in the industry

Initiate and develop new strategic relationships with advertisers and agency contacts in Southern Europe and secure advertising and media budgets to convert them into profitable partnerships

Grow revenue in Europe across all verticals (i.e. eCommerce, utilities, entertainment, OTA, OTT, transportation, fin tech, etc.)

Build, track, and manage an active sales pipeline to achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets

Liaise between existing Gib.ai clients and HQ customer success team to assure health and growth of existing business

Work across different functional teams to articulate and develop new value propositions that meet evolving advertiser needs

Conduct quarterly business reviews with all key clients 

Requirements

  • Existing network of relationships across the mobile advertising ecosystem in Southern Europe
  • Vast experience in performance marketing
  • Strong track record of closing deals with mobile advertisers in Southern Europe
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities and exploring new business leads in the Mobile advertising industry
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Verbal, written, presentation and facilitation skills in order to succeed with various stakeholders across the globe
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize your workload, as well as handle details accurately while keeping the big picture in mind will help you succeed
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Having an understanding of or previous experience in the online or mobile adtech industry is a plus but not required
  • Self-motivated and a team player with a can do attitude that is willing to go the extra mile.
  • Fluent in English
  • 30%-50% travel (client meetings, conferences)

Gib.ai is seeking an experienced Big Data Software Developer to join our Data Infra team to help develop and maintain scalable, robust data pipelines and data models that will support hundreds of millions events.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop distributed systems of data collection and processing
  • Analyze performance and scale existing systems according to the increasing load
  • Develop and elaborate architecture, lead and own optimal technologies and methodologies
  • Take part in POCs and innovation for new data technologies, databases, tools and services that can significantly push the division goals
  • Be the main expert and focal point of our data technologies and tools

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Python 1 year experience
  • 3 years experience with SQL and databases
  • 2 years experience of AWS services
  • 2 years experience using Spark
  • Understanding of current trends in the IT and big data fields
  • Ability to read and refactor other people’s code

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a full-stack agile team, working in high velocity, and delivering great quality on a daily basis
  • Design, implement and innovate features using cutting-edge technologies
  • Be responsible for developing and designing major features as well as building new services from scratch
  • Work closely with the product, architects, DevOps and automation teams
  • Innovate and teach other team members
  • Develop & implement tests for ensuring the quality, performance & scalability of our products
  • Work on high-scale systems that handle and process lots of data

Requirements

  • +3 years of experience with web development in React
